Role Overview
As a Product & Growth Intern, you’ll become an expert on the Make the Dot platform and play a hands-on role in onboarding and training customers and partners. You’ll work closely with product, growth, and customer teams to ensure new users understand the platform, adopt it quickly, and use it well.
What You’ll Do
- Learn Make the Dot end-to-end, including core workflows used by design and product teams
- Support customers and partners onboarding through live training sessions, demos, and follow-ups
- Create and maintain onboarding materials, guides, and internal documentation
- Answer user questions, spot patterns in feedback, and surface insights to the product team
- Help improve onboarding flows by identifying friction, gaps, and opportunities to simplify
Who You Are
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, spoken and written
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software quickly
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Clear communicator who enjoys helping others learn
- Curious about product, growth, SaaS, and the fashion or creative tech space
